Privacy policy

Go Digi With T ("we," "us") runs these sites. This section explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What stays on your device

Everything you type into the app (Your Story, your posts, your calendar, your voice samples, your launch checklist) is saved in your web browser on that device. We can't see it. If you clear your browser's history or website data, it can be erased, so use Save a backup on the Calendar page now and then.

Your quiz result is also saved in your browser so the app can fill in Your Story for you.

What we collect, and why

• Your email, when you type it to turn on full AI writing, use an access code, join waitlist or send us a note. We use it to check your access, reply to you and let you know when the full version opens.
• Waitlist details: your first name, what you'd like to share or sell, how you heard about us and whether you'd like to be a beta tester.
• Notes you send through Help & feedback, plus the type of device and browser you used, so we can fix problems. For testimonials, your first name, last initial and whether we may share it. We only share testimonials you've said yes to.
• A short usage log each time full AI writing makes a post: the date and time, your email, and your rough location (city, region and country, worked out from your internet connection, not GPS). We use it for the daily post limit and to spot accounts being shared. We delete these entries after about 60 days.

Full AI writing

When full AI writing is on, the details needed to write your post (your topic, Your Story answers and your voice samples) are sent to Google's Gemini service, which writes the post and sends it back. We use Google's paid service. Under Google's current terms for paid use, your content isn't used to improve Google's products. We don't keep a copy of what you send.

Who helps us run things

We use a few trusted services, and they only get what they need to do their job:

• Netlify hosts the sites and the AI writer.
• Google runs the AI writer (Gemini), stores our buyer list, waitlist and notes (Google Sheets) and serves the fonts on these pages.
• Beacons handles purchases, freebies and quiz sign-ups. Their own privacy policy applies there.
• Zapier moves purchase details into our buyer list.

We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on these pages.

Your choices

• See or delete your info: click here to message us, and we'll send you what we have or delete it.
• Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just reply and ask.
• Clear what's on your device: clear your browser's website data for the app. Save a backup first if you want to keep it.

Age

These sites are made for adults. Please don't use them if you're under 18.

Terms of use

By using the app, the quiz or these pages, you agree to these terms.

Your access

• Your purchase email or access code is for you only. Please don't share it.
• Access codes last for the number of days shown when you get them. When the time is up, full AI writing turns off.
• Full AI writing has a daily limit, currently 15 posts a day per email. Only posts that come back successfully count. We may change limits as the app grows.
• If an account looks like it's being shared or misused, we may pause it while we check. If it's a mistake, email us and we'll sort it out quickly.
• Purchases and refunds follow the terms shown at checkout.

Your content

• You own the posts you create. Use them however you like.
• Read every post out loud and make it sound like you before you post. AI can make mistakes, so check any facts, numbers or claims. You're responsible for what you post.
• Only paste in writing you have the right to use. When you add captions from creators you like, the app borrows their style, never their words. Don't post someone else's work as your own.
• If you share affiliate links, say so clearly in your posts.

No income promises

The app, the quiz and our lessons are for education. We don't promise that you'll earn any amount of money. Your results depend on your effort, your offer, your audience and many other things. Any examples or numbers are there to help you plan, not to predict what you'll make.

Our lessons on pricing, money, legal and tax topics are general information only. They aren't legal, tax or financial advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation.

Fair use

Please don't try to break, overload or copy the app, get around the limits, or use it to make spam, scams or anything harmful or illegal.

Changes and availability

We're always improving things, so features may change. We'll do our best to keep everything running, but we can't promise the sites will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we'll update the date at the top and let waitlist members and buyers know.

Our responsibility

We provide the app and these pages "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost income or lost data, that come from using them. Keep backups of anything important.
